Managing on-site updates, repairs, and maintenance for medical devices at hospitals, clinics, and infusion centers across the USA. Job duties include coordinating with on-site staff to maximize project efficiency and completion, maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, and completing thorough documentation on device and project status.

Currently working part-time at Dr. Bergquam's general dentistry office, primarily maintaining various systems and equipment. Most recently I have been assisting with in-house development for dental implants, particularly resin-printed surgical guides and temporary implants. Previously I spearheaded a complete overhaul of the office's patient information system, moving from over 1,000 paper charts to a modern digital system. I also installed new interfaces for patient and office management use, and trained employees in use of new systems. Other general tasks have included correcting system failures and user errors for employees, and developing an effective workflow to solve IT issues while gaining quality experience with hardware & software.
