• Conducted all the engine running pre-input functional tests of the avionic systems prior to an aircraft undergoing its 900-hour servicing block.• Carried out all the avionics servicing inspections of aircraft entering their 900hour servicing in this period, recording the findings on the engineering documentation, being the main impetus to ensure that all the solutions were in place for later rectification.• Liaised directly with the On-Site Support Team and the contract prime to provide swift solutions to queries that often arose during the inspections with a keen regard to cost saving.• Provided technical information directly to Development Team (DT) when required on the more intricate systems such as the MTADS (Modernised Tactical and Target Designator system).

• Responsible for the planning and execution of all the Attack Helicopter airworthiness inspections on assets worth more than £60 million at the Main Operating Base.• Responsible for ensuring the results of the airworthiness inspections are passed on verbally and in writing to the head of the organisation and to the Tri Service Helicopter Command. These reports detailed the overall standard of the aircraft engineering airworthiness with recommendations. Collated the information in a database to produce trend and analysis performance data to enhance operational efficiency and airworthiness. These were disseminated through quarterly airworthiness meetings and bulletins.• Implemented and reviewed the Station Quality Management System for an engineering and logistics organisation consisting of 300 personnel, 48 aircraft and 80 vehicles to ISO9001:2008 and Military Aviation Authority (MAA) Regulations.
