As a graduate student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Missouri State University, I cultivated a passion for applying my knowledge and skills to help organizations improve their efficiency and cohesiveness. I have collaborated with local businesses to fulfill their human resources and organizational needs, such as designing and administering engagement surveys, revising performance review standards, restructuring job descriptions, and creating tailored training and development programs.I have also gained valuable experience as a Special Projects staff at MSU, where I successfully facilitated Blackboard training sessions for students and faculty with LMS difficulties.
