Responsible for the tutoring and assessment of candidates working towards Work Based Learningqualifications under the QCF framework Levels 2 & 3 relevant to the Active Leisure and Learning sector,- Delivery of tutorials- Assessing learners against National Occupational Standards - Assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge (as required), including Employee Rights and Responsibilities- Visiting learners in a range of workplaces - Complete documentation in accordance with college, Skills Funding Agency and awarding body requirements- Liaising with Learners, Verifiers, Management and Quality Assurance- Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards - Supporting learners to gain their Key Skills/Functional Skills - Promote the company and Apprenticeships to potential employers/learners- Coaching and mentoring apprentices to ensure completion of their qualification- Effective time management skill
