- Responsible for providing high-level technical and manufacturing support to the Production department, all machine testing functions including creating test protocols and overseeing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), reviewing product designs for ease of manufacturing, troubleshooting assembly, manufacturing, and operating issues, developing and introducing new manufacturing methods, updating relevant documentation, and training Production employees.- Reviewing product designs, drawings, and schematics for ease of manufacturing and/or completeness-Managing NCRs, ECRs, and corresponding material transactions in a timely manner. - Utilizing and implementing LEAN, Six Sigma, and other manufacturing best practices and principles to continuously enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.- Designing and updating testing protocols for all machines and/or assemblies- Scheduling and coordinating tests with other departments- Writing reports and making recommendations based on test results, methods, and processes- Managing all troubleshooting and testing documentation(NCRs, ECRs, special reports)- Investigating and resolving manufacturing or assembly problems related to designs, processes, and materials,- Determining root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommending changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods-Adequately documenting corrective actions to properly address design, engineering, or manufacturing flaws discovered during manufacturing or testing. - Driving continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new processes and procedures.

-Serve as the main point of contact for customers' inquiries related to their packaging equipment (parts, service, training, troubleshooting)-Responsible for resolving technical issues with customers' packaging equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, programming)-Utilize and work together with internal resources to resolve customer issues when escalation is required-Prepare and send quotes for spare parts, change parts, machine upgrades, and Start-Up Assistance and Training while developing the aftermarket department into a profit center-Process, follow-up, and manage many small orders (ranging from spare parts to larger equipment upgrades and change part projects)-Schedule and prepare trip logistics for Service Technicians for customer visits and provide them with support when in the field-Work in conjunction with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Production, Automation Development, Sales, and Accounting departments to complete tasks-Engage customers on work performed, solicit feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction-Assist in the preparation of documentation packages, presentations, and service reports, training, and preventative maintenance-Work extensively with ERP Software, MS Office, and CRM Databases-Perform duties related to special projects as required

-Troubleshoot clients' problems with LED lighting fixtures (mechanical, electrical, DMX control) over email, phone, or site visit-Determine cause of failure of LED light fixture and ship out necessary replacement parts after warranty claims- Correspond with regional sales representatives, electrical distributors, and electricians by phone/email about client issues- Manage the production of replacement orders (specialized full/partial replacement)- Quote out prices for purchase orders of parts and replacement fixtures for finished projects in conjunction with quoting department- Investigate damages to fixtures and determine party at fault- Issue and organize the return of materials (RMA) to determine cause of failure- Log all issues for future reference and propose changes to design and production processes
