Responsible for the Financial reporting and stewardship of the company to internal and regulatory stakeholder, subsidiary companies monitoring as well as the execution of the expansion strategy of the Company. Full responsibilities for the lead negotiations and execution on all mergers, acquisitions inclusive of price, funding and closure. Management and structuring of cashflow, funding and all treasury function of the Group of Companies inclusive of leveraging, negotiations of bank and other forms of funding, lead on Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and Additional Public Offerings (APO). Direct responsibility for Audit and daily financial management for Derrimon Trading Company Limited, Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Limited, Woodcats International Limited and MarnockLLC and Marnock Retail trading as FoodSavers NY and Good Foods for Less.

Responsible for the daily financial reporting, treasury management and corporate planning of the group. Has direct responsibility for all acquistion, transition of business acquired as well as daily functions for the Cold Storage operations within the group.

Direct responsibility for the transformation of the present business model of First Global Financial Services Limited from its current Repurchase Agreement based focus to a full distributive asset management model. The principal objective being providing clients with a full range of investment options, reduce balance sheet risks, realign the team structure and improve the research and advisory competence of the company. The job requires the forging of new strategic relationships with international and regional strategic partners, improving the business development capabilities of the current team, improving the trading capacity and risk and compliance profile of the company.

Responsible for the execution of the Strategic and Business Plans which includes guiding and directing a team of investment, administrative and line professionals. Manage clients investment portfolio whilst balancing risk and returns.

Daily liquidity management, foreign exchange trading, corresponding banking and relationship management and ensuring that there is a balance between asset and risk management.
