For 14 years, I developed aftermarket air suspension product for the Performance Market Segment at Air Lift Company. From concept drawings/prototype creation to consumer product market release, I was responsible for the development of 120+ applications for 24 different automotive manufacturers. Additional responsibilities included: • Subjective Ride Evaluations (I enjoy doing this!)• Competitive bench-marking and analysis • 3D scanning and 3D printing• Customer service education of the developed products• Marketing assistance (photo/video/webpage reviews)• Part number set-up (Macola)• Bill Of Material creation/release• Written instruction manual drafts accommodated by photography and CAD drawings• Manufacturing Engineering tasks• Quality Control Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) approvals• DFMEA/PFMEA review and approval

Consulted with Exploring Potential regarding GD&T knowledge with recommendations in order to serve their manufacturing engineering client by creating a robust internal training program.

Work consisted of fork lift and order selector operation for stocking large materials, unloading trailers, and sorting merchandise by department. I also completed receiving paper work, customer/departmental assistance with fork lift/order selectors and customer special order pick up.
