In a five year tenure I had a variety of roles with increasing responsibility.Initially I was the Supply Chain Manager and had responsibility for sourcing of all components for the RSS drilling tool. I then became the Project leader for Manufacturing at Scale that saw a dramatic reduction in the Capex cost of the tools. Furthermore I was assembly and delivery lead and was responsible for both the electrical and mechanical workshops as well as Planning and ensuring delivery of tools to our sister organisation in the US.
