Engineering Lead for the Mining West division of ALS Industrial and the National Condition Monitoring Technical lead for ALS Industrial’s Mining Division – one of the largest service providers of Condition Monitoring and Engineering / reliability services in Australia. I was also responsible to the company to ensure that the services provided by the Condition Monitoring team, return a revenue and profit which is in line with the shareholders and companies expectations. At a national level my role was responsible for leading a team of Technical experts which ensured the quality of the Condition Monitoring services that ALS Industrial provides,this included establishing standards, procedures, providing technical guidance and performing technical audits for the use of the Condition Monitoring Teams across Australia.In this role I am also required to review and approve all draft procedures relating to condition monitoring and some engineering disciplines before these documents become approved procedures.
