In this role, I was assigned to help the company build a development team in the United States. My main task was to complete a UPS, FedEx, and Pitney Bowes audit system, identifying billing errors and demanding refunds from the carriers. Additionally, I assisted the company's Shenzhen development team in completing their carrier's rate quote markup, reconciliation, and contract monitoring features.Due to my previous experience, the company also asked me to help their customer services team and a startup fulfillment center. I trained the customer support staff and implemented a Zendesk help center and semi-automated workflow to enhance their efficiency. For the fulfillment center, I helped implement warehouse management, cargo forwarding, and customs systems to start the business.

In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the efficiency and profitability of the workflow and collaborating with different departments to improve services. Additionally, I managed vendors, particularly logistics providers, by controlling and negotiating costs and ensuring services to reduce potential risks. I also analyzed the company's profit, margin, and performance. Such that, I can set up better strategies for the sales department to increase company sales.

In this role, I was assigned as an account manager, introducing the company's services and helping to build various logistics strategies and pricing models to facilitate smoother and more effective sales processes.Additionally, I was asked to help the operations department improve its efficiency. I stepped into job duties such as filing customs entries with the customs broker, monitoring and arranging inbound shipments, and coordinating lumper services for the warehouse. I also managed LTL/FTL dispatch and negotiated pricing with trucking companies to ensure that trucker rates and services met the company's requirements.During this time, I successfully modified and improved the workflow, enabling the company to have clearer data on inbound and outbound status and other related information, resulting in smoother processing speeds. These changes significantly helped other departments complete their tasks more efficiently. I also reduced the company's trucking expenses by more than 20% of the original cost.

In this role, I was responsible for ensuring that day-to-day shipping orders were closed and work orders were completed promptly and accurately. Additionally, I handled customer inquiries, provided effective solutions, and offered alternative logistics options based on their needs.While in this role, I autonomously completed a comprehensive system and logistics guide for both customers and internal teams to enhance the efficiency of the company's customer service operations. I also assisted other departments with their daily tasks, including inbound and outbound dispatch.

As a return processor, I was responsible for managing return items, ensuring proper storage, and disposing of consumables. Within less than a month, I successfully optimized the entire workflow, addressed all previously unhandled returns, and consistently completed tasks efficiently. During the remaining work hours, I proactively sought additional assignments from my manager and occasionally assisted as customer support.

During my time in this position, the owner tasked me with advancing the system to better meet market needs. The existing system lacked functionality and required significant enhancements. I was assigned as a specialist or consultant to provide strategic guidance, logical solutions, and detailed design to the product manager. As a result, the system was greatly transformed and initiated significant sales growth.Achievements:1. Built integration with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.2.
