The project involved the integration of systems (SAP, SharePoint, Wikis and various engineering applications) as part of a Merger & Acquisitions programme.Requirements analysis and traceability, process modelling, gap analysis, logical architecture modelling and data analysis on several projects for Royal Mail. Also assisted in the development of support models and reporting requirements for a new system roll-out.
