Lead a group of 4 support staff for a man with severe learning disabilities. Conduct team meetings, supervise team members, set targets. Lead, manage and supervise the team of personal assistants in order for them to carry out their duties and responsibilities. Develop team dynamic and delegate where appropriate. Plan and manage creative and productive activities, together with encouraging interesting hobby or leisure time activities. Supervision of each team member. Provide guidance and training for support staff. Management of IT usage.
