Developed and documented DBA initiatives and support procedures to internal WIKI.Designed, documented and implemented the MHS DeepSee BI application for application support into the production environment.Authored capability matrix and project tracking initiative for the AS Ensemble Support area later adopted by Application Support as a whole.Developed Perl scripts for batch sql processing across multiple Cache database instances, analysis of Cache database size and growth and message failure analysis for complicated rules based message replay.Delivered proof of concept for .NET development against Cache using the Cache .NET managed provider.
