• Responsible for whole distribution centre and staff • End to end sales including upselling and advice on packages • Account management for customer base• Manage all invoice/ payment / material discrepancies• Manage all inventory (in and out) • General warehouse duties – pack orders, warehouse organisation, MDF cutting etc• Staff timesheet management, performance management etc• Management of cost estimates/quotes • Quality assurance checks • Budget management • Manage end to end delivery process (in and out) • General go to person for all customers due to strong product knowledge and reliability
