Experience in Strategic and tactical planing. Delivered within critical time lines to both uk and international agencies. I am able to complete and achieve my tasks to a high standard of professionalism amidst stressful and demanding environments and circumstances. I have a military background of 14 years with experience operating with an emphasis on being reliable and trustworthy especially when working as part of teams. Also as part of those 14 and a half years experience I have worked and taught as an ACS level 3 signaller allowing my team and other teams to communicate to each other and also allowing them to lay down affective fire on numerous exercises and teaching others to do the same. On top of this I am also an army physical training instructor which has enabled me to have experience in numerous different teaching experiences allowing me to get the most out of a range of different demographic groups and enable those individuals to be at a high standard of fitness to deploy on a number of engagements all around the world. As well as training recruits in phase 2 establishment and creating training programs and risk assessments. I am an adaptable and quick thinker with the desire to expose my self to new challenges and new experiences with an open mind and a desire to learn.
