Joining the venture Large Luminous Surfaces at the point where an innovative complex product was launched to the market I encountered many challenges. I am proud to have been part of the team that successfully implemented this innovative lighting product which showed staggering growth numbers during my stay at the company.Main challenges / achievements:- Transferring production from Europe to Asia to enable profitable growth in the Asia - Pacific market- Sourcing of complex, high quality key components in China- Mitigating complex supply chain issues with contrasting views and objectives from multiple parties- Production output ramp-up in critical situations with extremely challenging delivery schedules through lean manufacturing, production flow adjustments and logistic adjustments- Development and implementation of global cost tracking and control system for all purchasing and manufacturing activities

- Derive and analyse results a research questionnaire developed to assess one's basic competencies for effective collaboration with people from other cultures and organisations- Research concerning intercultural habits of individuals and organisations from foreign countries as preparation for intercultural communication and negotiation trainings given by ICCN- General accountancy
