I am interested in producing work that I and my team can be proud of, and not just for the benifit of mostly unknown share holders. While the company has to be bank rolled and share/stake holders do need their returns, I feel that the customer can be a great asset. To that end I work to one standard and not a double standard as some companies wish to work to. I Know I may be committing professional suicide by saying this, but I can only go on my experiences of working with various companies. I have extensive experience in house building, but prefere to work on things like school buildings and extensions along with care homes. I also like renovation work. At the moment I am working with concrete sandwich panels which are erected and proped until the roof goes on. Then we fit out as required. I have had some experience in timber build, and lots of experience in standard traditional build. I have not however had much experience with steel frame structures. Shop fitting and fast track work has also eluded me.
