Worked closely with R&D to test and develop new procedures for proton beam calibration.Reviewed and edited the new procedures.Installed and wired the scanning controller devices.Instructed the hospital staff on the proper use of dosimetry equipment.Traveled to other proton therapy sites in Seattle, Chicago, Hampton, and Somerset, NJ to provide assistance for pencil beam scanning calibration, including 3 months at University of Pennsylvania for recalibration and training of new engineers.
