After working in the waste and recycling industry for more than 35 years, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge regarding the operations of transfer stations. During my career, I have contributed to the complete construction of two waste transfer sites, from the planning phase to operations. Additionally, I have successfully supported two underperforming transfer stations by implementing measures to promote profitable and sustainable operations.My experience has taught me that the key to effectively managing these four transfer stations is to establish multiple sustainable disposal options for all waste streams. By ensuring that we have viable options for all waste streams, we were able to streamline our operations and focus our efforts on improving recycling activities.Given my expertise in this field, I have decided to extend my services to all waste transfer stations.
