As a Compliance Intern I am working with the General Counsel on a variety of pivotal projects. My primary responsibilities include conducting thorough research on clients and client contracts, which ensures the firm's adherence to contractual obligations and client agreements. This role utilizes my ability to analyze complex legal documents and compile critical data. In addition to research and analysis, I am actively engaged in data entry tasks, such as updating and maintaining the firm's compliance records and reporting them to the general council and compliance team.
