To act as Force lead for the development of Learning and Development and Policing qualification under the Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF), manage and support the Assessment Team and ensure the efficient management of the Assessment Centre. Provide a professional consultancy service for training managers, training designers, trainers and evaluators across all areas of Learning and Development.Undertake, monitor and report on training delivery across the whole Force using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, levels 1, 2 and 3. Working alongside Corporate Development to carry out evaluations at Level 4 of the model where identified.Participate in regional collaboration as a member of various forums such as the Regional QA and Evaluation Group and representing this group on other regional collaboration groups such as Learning Technologies and Leadership.To design and deliver training and development to police officers and police staff.
