I have worked within the Transport & Logistics industry for a period of 25 years, undertaking a variety of roles especially within managing Retail operations and Supply Chains for the last 9 years. I have excellent all-rounder leadership and coaching skills which able me to drive and motivate performance in a very busy Transport Operation. I take pride in achieving fleet compliance and managing Tachograph records and drivers WTD hours.I am computer literate and have excellent planning and analytical skills when producing management information. I have good background in-depth knowledge of Tachographs, compliance. In Additional to my management skills I also use my people skills with my experience gained with Wiltshire Police force using my Police knowledge dealing with difficult and stressful situations, I currently have extensive knowledge as a Police Traffic officer working with the RPU, VOSA, Customs & Excise on local HGV operations. I am experienced in making confident decisions and solving problems whilst producing practical solutions in stressful situations as well as having a keen eye for detail and precision to achieve a good result.
