During the last 9 years also served as its acting or actual CEO, acting/interim COO at times and acting/interim CFO at times when needed. As the chief executive officer, I served as the public face of the company including making appearances at all major conferences, events and even TV interviews and appearances. During my time at the company, we appeared on major networks like NBC over 40 times. During my time, we not only grew the company from only 2 locations to many, but I opened our first robotic, clinical, molecular, & research laboratory in 2015. We also got a lot of attention when we were one of the first labs in the state of Washington to offer Covid testing. We went on to own an EUA Method for oral fluid test that improved availability and simplicity to the government agencies and private agencies and companies we served. We got praise and recognition from the government for our speed to service, and also our ability to handle high volumes. Built and oversaw an In-house division for: Locum Tenen placement and in-house permanent placement of physician, laboratory and support medical and administrative staff.Built and oversaw an in-house Medical Billing, RCM, and medical and software Coding division.Chief Financial Officer & Board Treasurer: Interim CFO twice.

AMN Healthcare, Staffcare, and MHA Group are leaders in locum tenens, staffing, nurse employment and staffing and support staff staffing.
