In 2005 I conducted a project for them at Horsens in Denmark, assisting the Global Supply Chain Manager incorporate a newly acquired transport company into the organisation. This included assimilation of its existing customer base, assessment of its impact on the distribution network, fleet rationalisation, logistics, warehousing and labour capacities, plus advice to assist the management team to develop a strategy to improve profitability.
