He has applied his commercial marketing skills to developing the strengths and profiles of town and city centres, commercial areas and industrial estates.ian is also Co Director of Your Own Space Ltd, a property development company specialising in renovation of character properties into desirable residential spaces for contemporary living. Ian has a commercial background in retail store and operations management starting life with Marks and Spencer and later moving into consumer goods manufacturing selling into key retailers such as Ikea and Argos. A marketeer skilled at developing markets and business profitability. pfbb UK has become recognised as one of the UK's leading firms in developing and managing Business Improvement Districts using them as a catalyst for building distinctive places, attracting investment and creating strong business communities. Ian's philosophy is that more is achieved through working together than anyone or any business or organisation can achieve working on their own.
