Developed a comprehensive branding strategy for the library according to Cal Poly's Vision 2022 branding and marketing plan. Represented the Access Services department in the task force membership. Collaborated with Cal Poly Communications personnel to implement branding updates to the library's communications strategy. Focused on copyediting work and building renovation messaging.

Managed student assistant inventory and stacks maintenance tasks during evening operations. Carried out regular collection maintenance projects in the Alma system. Assisted student coordinators with developing and updating department training materials. Developed new circulation procedures for equipment checkout and oversaw their implementation.

Designed and taught an intensive language course for intermediate-level English learners. Engaged small groups of students with 20+ hours per week of language lecture, examination, practice, and immersion activities at locations across the central coast of California.

Co-taught two levels of non-credit English as a Second Language courses at Cuesta College: ESL 099E: Advanced Reading and Writing; ESL 056 Intermediate Reading and Writing. Delivered instruction and facilitated group discussion, small group assignments, and one-on-one tutoring.
