An enthusiastic and self-motivated manager, with a background is motor vehicle manufacturing, however I specialised on the Quality control, Legal compliance, Regulatory compliance & audits (International & UK) and computer data systems.I have been involved with and conducted many Departmental & Process audits as my section was audited every 6 month for regulatory compliance. We always passed with high results and these were from EU, USA, Canadian, Russian, Ukrainian, Australian & Japanese authorities. The Computer and data roles were covering all areas of the business, including finance and end user systems, so that is common with any industry. I implemented a number of systems collecting process machine data and created BI visualisation reports from a combination of data sources, allowing the business to make better-informed decisions. I implemented a fully automated monitoring & intervention server, that improved production system uptime to over 99.8%.I have managed many projects from concept to budget, right through to implementation and user training. These included new production machines, large international software projects and supplying to new markets, which required changes to the operation to comply with different regulations.Over my career I have held the role of “Business Project lead” and responsible for the operational signoff for go-live and also the “Lead developer” responsible for the IT side of a project, showing a proven track record of communicating at all levels, both Business & Technical and ability to take responsibility.I also carried out a number of trouble shooting and improvement projects for Honda and Suppliers. This requires strong communication and Business analytical capability.My last project, I designed, developed and implemented a fully automated system to reclaim the US Outbound Tax, which recovered over £10 million, this required me working with 3 teams in the US ( 3 time zones ) and 3rd party partners in the UK.
