Responsibilities: • Leading a team of Digital Communications Managers and ensuring they provide the highest level of service to assigned clients.• Taking direct accountability for stakeholder expectations (internal/external) to ensure that all necessary resources and contributors are fully behind service delivery. • Creating and maintaining high-quality relationships with key clients, being the point of contact for escalations and supporting root-cause-analysis communications • Using reports and data insights to drive KPIs and service improvements to enhance client experience. • Developing and implementing client satisfaction metrics to improve performance, efficiency and efficacy.• Driving revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and protecting gross margins in service delivery • Supporting our product and technology roadmaps by contributing towards the development of new features and offerings and driving their implementation onto client digital estates.
