Duties:i. Ensuring all Company activities in relation to account are moving without any problemii. Participating in meeting with government official iii. Participating in bank meetings iv. Participating in complains and suggestion of the company v. Participating in recruitments and evaluations of staffvi. Participating in strategic company meetingsvii. Preparation of annual financial reportviii. Filling monthly tax returnsix. Filling annual corporate tax returnsx. Preparing monthly operational expensesXi. Preparation of internal and external audit reports f) Any other office related duties Key deliverables are to:(a) Fixed assets register is kept updated and all assets are properly depriciated(b) Operational expenditure are well filed and recorded(c) Insurance claims are prepared for all general insurance incidents(d) All requirements and obligations are met(e) Enforcing Company policies and procedures are adhered.(f) Financial projections in order to meet budget timetable are accurately consolidated.(g) Ensuring compliance(h) Acquittal deadlines are met(i) Financial data and records are accurately processed and controlled;(j) Exercising teamwork; and(k) Ensuring effective time management.

Duties;a) Registration of new members into the fund through finger print application and keying of personal data using SSPAS at the Registration Offices. b) Printing of Member Statements at the reception and directing members to their relevant Departments in the Organization at the Receptionc) Calculation and Approving Members claim forms for Members who have attained the Retirement Requirements at the Benefits Officesd) Sorting Out Companies who haven’t submit their employees Deductions to the fund and making a follow up at the Compliance Officese) Collecting cash and issuing out receipts at the accounts offices and tallying the cash at the end of the day for banking purposesf) Filling Registered members forms for dispatch to the Head Office
