I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Texas Christian University. I am passionate about learning and applying the principles and practices I have learned in both my internships and school to my next opportunity in the financial world. I am expected to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and I have completed multiple courses in STEM fields, such as calculus, statistics, and economics, to enhance my analytical and quantitative skills.Since June 2023, I have been working as an intern at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a leading brokerage firm that specializes in commercial real estate transactions. In this role, I have supported senior brokers and analysts in conducting market research, preparing financial models, and creating marketing materials for various properties and clients. I have also gained valuable exposure to different asset classes, such as retail, office, industrial, and multifamily, and developed my communication and teamwork skills by collaborating with diverse and experienced professionals.I am a goal-oriented and open-minded individual who thrives in both individual and team settings. I attribute this to my participation in team sports throughout my life, which has taught me the value of excelling in a role for the betterment of the team. I am always looking for new and exciting opportunities to challenge myself and grow as a professional.
