• Designed, implemented and managed marketing and communications campaigns to recruit host families for more than 1,000 international students annually • Transitioned to an automated marketing system by implementing the B2B marketing automation tool Pardot to enhance our use of the CRM platform Salesforce in meeting recruitment goals and deadlines • Supervised large and dynamic team of part-time and full-time employees who were part of the recruitment and program management teams • Increased lead conversion rate by phasing out cold-calls and mass emails in favor of personalized emails to strategic lists and follow-up phone calls based on lead scores
