Worked for two years in Malaysia setting up site and procuring plant and equipment including crane barges. Transferred to the Seychelles mobilising marine plant and equipment from Malaysia and the UK, including crane barges, pontoons and chartering a heavy lift ship for transportation to Seychelles. On joining the company I completed a three year course at Medway and Maidstone College of Technology.
