Southern Ventures is currently involved in the following: residential land development, construction, landscaping, wine, as well as extensive environmental restoration and conservation projects.My role at Southern Ventures is to manage and deliver land and property development projects from conception to completion including all aspects of operations, financials, communication and compliance.

- Preparation of resource consent applications to both Local and Regional Authorities;- Policy formulation including preparation of Regional and District Plan changes;- Preparation of Notice of Requirements and Outline Plans on behalf of Requiring Authorities;- Urban design advice including design guidelines and character assessments;- Preparing and presenting expert evidence for Council and Environment Court hearings;- Preparation of submissions on resource consents, private plan changes and plan reviews;- Concession applications to the Department of Conservation;- Advice relating to National Park Management Plans and Conservation Management Strategies;- Recreation Permits;- Due diligence planning advice.
