As well as holding an executive directors role at Riverside I have oversight for the whole asset management community within Riverside, providing single point responsibility for the holistic management of over 50,000 homes. I am also responsible for a wholly owned subsidiary Evolve who deliver a significant proportion of all our Asset Management activity. I have previously worked for Midland Heart, Parkway Green, The Regenda Group, Guinness Northern Counties and Harvest Housing Group, after initially beginning my career as a student with Manchester City Council.I am also on the Board and served 3 years as Chair of the Housing Diversity Network - a membership-based organisation that enables organisations to deliver diversity in the business, as well as providing consultancy and training on equality and diversity.I am also on the Board of Greenvale Homes and City West Works Limited.I have previously been on the Boards of 2 procurement consortia Fusion 21 and Impact Manchester.
