I am employed as an IT 2nd Line Support Engineer. I am responsible for maintaining the servers and network as well as the telephone system. Prior to being part of the IT department, I worked as a self sufficient RTA fee earner handling approximately 200 files. I was asked to test workflows that had been set up by other users and became involved creating these workflows. I was seconded to the IT department when they were short staffed and after returning to fee earning, I was called upon again to help out the IT department where after I was then transferred full time.

I commenced employment at Betesh Partnership in 1991 as part of the Uninsured Loss Recovery department.During this time I dealt with Road Traffic Accidents, which involved the recovery of credit repair, credit hire and minor personal injury. I was self supporting and I dealt with the files at all stages from opening and setting up the file to final hearing. During my employment at Betesh Partnership the number of cases under my control varied between 300 - 500 cases.
