I worked in the leisure industry for over 30 years from being a summer Lifeguard to a General Manager of multi million pound businesses; I have also worked as a Business coach working with SME’s to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of their businesses.Currently working for Sky in Sheffield in their Contact Centre seeing real support, coaching and development in action and the amazing results it can bring.
