I graduated Birmingham-Southern College Magna Cum Laude and majored in Business Marketing with a Spanish minor. I was also a member of the baseball team at Birmingham-Southern as well as a leader for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. During my time at BSC I learned how to balance a loaded schedule while playing a sport and the importance of teamwork in any setting to achieving the goal. I currently am an Account Representative at Christopher Willingham State Farm. Since starting in September of 2023, I have honed my skills in communicating with different types of people over the phone, while bringing in new accounts and providing excellent customer service to our existing accounts.Through my previous work experiences at the World Rugby Shop and Hoover Met Complex I have learned to work together with different people and ensure that each task is completed before the deadline and with the best quality. While with the World Rugby Shop, I designed a customer survey and completed in-depth market research.I hope to combine my passion for sports with my interest in marketing and use my past experiences to help my future company in whatever way they may need.
