The Initiative Manager role is focused on actively facilitating delivery, managing stakeholders, and providing visibility into the progress of initiative development.● Accountable for reporting progress to the product stakeholders and decision makers on the initiative while identifying and maintaining communication channels with other impacted release stakeholders● Deliver identified initiative outcomes and desired overall initiative goals by ensuring proper resources and stakeholders are involved and aware at the right times● Facilitate initiative definition, refinement and slicing exercises post Breakdown in conjunction with capability owners and feature team representatives

● Operating model research and development for the ASC Program including test & learn with Property● ASC Program improvements across communication, documentation, and KM● Facilitation and aggregation of health check data for PME teams

● Established/implemented new Product Support Process for all of Systems Engineering using Knowledge Management and ITSM tools● Manage a global team of engineers across 3 products: AppFabric, BPO-SDK, and the Global Support Page

● Frequently touch base with business stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunity areas ● Run proof of concepts on new technology solutions to determine fit with organization through Cost-Benefit-Analyses ● Consistently meet with development team, solution engineers and delivery leads to ensure transparency and dedication to the Scrum Framework

• Design, implement, and maintain measurements, reports, and dashboards that will improve ATSV's understanding of skill development efforts, how ATSV is living into a culture of continual learning, and trending towards achievement of development goal targets for the organization• Aspire to use available data to provide actionable recommendations and insights that enable ATSV L&D to make better decisions related to learning and development activities, improve the online learner experience, and optimize employee development time.• Analyze data from a variety of sources and use data visualization/storytelling to provide clear understanding of the data to key stakeholders.• Exhibit a passion for problem solving, comfort with ambiguity, experience working with data, and the ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively.
