At Adrian Harpool Associates, I️ am able to utilize both my technical and creative experience to conceptualize and strategize new marketing material and campaigns as well as direct and assist in the timely production of quality print and digital media content. AHA has also provided the opportunity to work closely with clients and our wide range of community and corporate partners to achieve determined objectives for conventions, ceremonies, celebrations, and many more live entertainment experiences.

Baltimore Premiere Event Solutions provided me the opportunity to work with a diverse, technology-savvy event solutions company. While I previously worked in event production, this experience allowed me to focus on the individual parts of event design, from pipe-and-drape, Staging, LED lighting, and overall design as well as their technological intricacies. Because of this experience, I️ am able to understand the technical terms and basic operations of event solutions and setup, in order to proficiently communicate and troubleshoot technical difficulties/concerns to ensure exceptional performance.

During my time with The African American Festival, I Assisted with pre-event operations in coordinating design, production, and assembly of signage for the festival to be used as directory, and visual promotional materials in compliance with sponsors brand standards.My real-time role in the festival included: coordinating placement of tables, chairs, Signage and décor in conjunction with leading a team of production assistants in carrying out various vital troubleshooting tasks associated with sponsor and high-profile individuals. I also lead a team of production runners to execute distribution of ice, skids of water/soda, food and beverages, programs, t-shirts, posters, etc. to the backstage areas, Guest Services, Sponsor Experiences, Satellite Information Booths, and Volunteer Headquarters. My post-event involvements consisted of organizing and inventorying the event storage spaces as well as assisting with exhibitor load in and breakdown.

The Associated Student Congress of Baltimore City (ASCBC) is the main student leadership council for all students enrolled in Baltimore City Public Schools. ASCBC oversees all student government associations (SGA) and provides direction and support to all SGAs through school visits, technology, and general assemblies.

Reviewing issues relating to programs and services for children and youth;Identifying and recommending priorities among programs and services for children and youth;Creating a forum for discussions with children, youth, and their families;Advocating for services and programs for children and youth;Making recommendations for programs, policies, and any necessary legislation to promote the health and well-being of children, youth, and their families;

Worked directly with Key Partners, Project Leads, and Consultants to evaluate and establish design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy as well as resolve technical feasibility and design optimization. While using knowledge of design and layout, I was able to collaborate and ensure branding and marketing/promotional literature matched product specifications. Researched and monitored existing target market base and industry developments to identify potential new product opportunities.
