I was a founding Director of the Gold Coast office established in September 2001 until I left in June 2007. I managed the companies’ residential and commercial areas from inception until January 2005 when we divisionalised. I then ran the commercial division. I completed valuations for resumption purposes and valued residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties. I also project managed and participated in the Queensland component of national portfolio valuations secured by PRP Australia. In 2003 and 2004 I successfully contracted the Company to the Department of Natural Resources for the annual revaluation of properties on the Gold Coast. Show less

I was contracted by a number of valuation firms and organisations to undertake valuations in South–East Queensland. Work undertaken ranged from valuation for mortgage security purposes, acquisition and disposal, property research to large mass appraisal type valuation projects.

I undertook valuations for Rating and Land Tax purposes within the Gold Coast City, Albert Shire and Logan City Local Authorities. Other duties included the valuation of properties for compensation matters due to compulsory acquisition, disposal, and asset valuation, and land management advice for the administration of State Land. I am also an experienced expert witness having defended numerous valuations in the Land Court and Land Appeal Court.
