Acting as key financial support across the group I am responsible for end to end budgeting and forecasting as well as month end closing. Through business partnering, provision of timely and accurate financial analysis I work alongside with executive team and broad range stakeholders across the organization to make informed business decisions to achieve company objectives. By tightly managing 60M overheads budget, assisting company to exceed targets via providing effective cost control and optimization.-Standardising budgeting and forecasting process and methodology across all brands. This is to enable consistency and effectiveness in the process and better management and evaluation.

I identify current and future business trend and risks to assist leadership team to make informed decisions to close performance gap and achieve organizational objectives. In addition, I provide support on a range of future-growth investment related initiatives including new site opening/ major store relocation and refurbishment investment options as well as business acquisitions return analysis. • Fully responsible for delivering $200M turnover annual budget plan, plus quarterly forecasting and rolling 13 periods forecasting. • Build from scratch and continuous improvement on financial business models to test various business scenario to enable leadership team to review, compare and adjust initiatives accordingly to achieve overall business goal. • High proficiency in financial analysis, business scenarios modelling, As per business requirement, I design and generate timely variance and trending analyses with commentary for executive management to review and make informed decisions in real time.• Sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling.• Partner with GMs and other key business stakeholders to build business cases for new business opportunities via provision of commercial and financial input to safeguard the business.• Present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Interpret comprehensive financial information and structures in simple forms to assist non finance stakeholders to make informed decisions.• Monitor and report on the business performance against plan / forecast and various company strategic objectives on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Assessing major risks impacting business performance along the way. • Provide insightful commentary for leadership team on business results and financial variance against business plan.

ACHIEVEMENTS-Nominated as Manager of the Quarter for Northern Territory Cluster Office.-In the absence of Cluster Director of Finance, I lead the team independently completed full month end closing process for 4 hotels in Northern Territory. 100% on time delivery of business results and meeting head quarter reporting requirement.-Being the finance lead involved in payroll centralizing project in NT, worked with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and solid accounting transition. -Laundry Outsourcing Project: Hilton Brisbane Completed the project feasibility analysis, I actively involved in the business decision making by challenging the original proposal and proposed alternative to streamline the operation without compromising costs to the bottom line.
