Reporting directly to the Executive Director, I manage and assist many different aspects of the Cologuard Classic by Exact Sciences, a PGA TOUR Champions event, including but not limited to: Management of Tournament Budget, Sales Strategy, Sponsorship Fulfillment, Title Sponsor Fulfillment, Tournament Operations and Vendor Procurement, Marketing, Player Collateral.

▪ Managed all operational and logistical aspects of the WGC – Dell Technologies Match Play including but not limited to: hospitality and temporary structure buildout, parking and transportation, security, tele-communications, ecology, signage, HVAC/Electric, restrooms, fencing▪ Organized and managed the bottom line operating budget of the WGC - Dell Technologies Match Play▪ Collaborated with sales team to maintain a 60% margin on all hospitality products while still providing an upscale experience for clients▪ Successfully lead operations for the 2021 CJ CUP at Summit during the pandemic while simultaneously planning for the 2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play▪ Assisted other events operationally as assigned, such as the ZOZO Championship at Sherwood, FedEx St. Jude Championship, The Northern Trust, and the President’s Cup.▪ Prepared and submitted capital fund requests for finance department review annually and oversaw the completion of each item.▪ Managed the day-to-day relationship with the City of Austin and Austin Country Club

Primarily oversaw a large portion of the operations of the WGC - Dell Technologies Match Play event. Successfully did so throughout the COVID19 pandemic. Daily tasks included, but not limited too: communicating with local and national vendors, submitting purchase orders, updating budget forecast, etc.

Worked directly underneath the Tournament Manager working on a variety of tasks including but not limited to: vendor and hospitality agreements, and budget work.

Over the course of my internship I oversaw the operations of 9 All American Tour (High level Junior Tour) events, as well as several section professional events. During many of the AAT events I had the responsibility of being lead official on one half of the golf course, which included giving rulings to players and monitoring pace of play. Other events I was responsible for the setup of the course, including but not limited to selecting hole locations, setting the teeing grounds, and marking the golf course days before. I was also responsible for overseeing other interns in the re-filling of coolers, snacks, and live scoring via BlueGolf.
