Initially gaining community support and input into a proposal, development of a scheme design, refining of concept and development of Business case for Government funding. Sale of water entitlements to participants,followed by refinement of design and tendering of works. Then responsible for the management of the construction of this $18 million project.

Irrigation co-ordinator liaising between grower members, industry stake holders and Governments. Initially responsible for ensuring landholder participation in Tasmanian Irrigation projects, organising local farmers and interested parties to develop scheme concepts for their local area. Involved with ongoing communication and specific events with all stakeholders on a state wide basis. Schemes are funded in public - private partnership model with private funds accruing through sale of water entitlements.Responsible for the sale of these water entitlements across all irrigation schemes to landholder and investors, ensuring that the practical and commercial implications of participation are understood by all.
