As the Senior Digital Customer Support I'm responsible for mentoring and coaching within the Digital Customer Support Team. I'm also the escalation point for calls within our system covering Chrome, Android & Windows Devices, iPads and Smartphones. I was also the Team Lead for the roll-out team during our VDI transformation project across the multiple organisations.

Responsibility for all hardware, software and communications support for the two UK offices. My tasks involved IT purchasing, Server Support, Installation of hardware and software and day to day PC support. During this time I was also involved in an office relocation and integration after a buy out of a competitor.

Temporary four month contract. Upgrades and patch roll-outs to servers and workstations andday to day system support of 20 users.

2nd line hardware and software support for 500 users, Also domain and Exchange 5.5 administration. I was responsible for prioritising my own calls to agreed service levels. I spent a year as dedicated sales and marketing support reducing calls from this area of the business by 80%. I also had responsibility for all technical aspects of Royalblue exhibitions and trade shows. I was involved in the Office 2000 roll-out and building relocation of over 250 workstations.
