Contracted to assist with the fabrication and installation of a Station 290 Web on a Sikorsky S-61 aircraft.

-Apprenticed in a depot level FAA approved sheet metal repair station to rebuild S-61's with repairs and modifications for the United States Department of State.-Used shop floor equipment, pneumatic tools and hand tools to design, fabricate, and install new parts, mounts, repairs, and doublers.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and reference manuals to acquire the proper information needed to correctly identify the material, manufacturing techniques and proper installation method for parts and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and FAA 43-13 guidelines.-Ability and experience in manufacturing new sheet metal parts in a timely manner using proper procedures in layout, cutting and bending, to final completion of a number of different materials needed to meet FAA standards. -Ability and experience in installing aircraft hardware and fasteners in accordance with related reference materials set forth by the manufacturer and FAA 43-13 guidelines.

Assisted in the installation of commercial and residential electrical systems. Assisted in the installation of electrical fixtures and receptacles.
