•Network design and implementation of SD Wan to all site with Meraki hardware to replace existing MPLS network, •Implementing a secure web portal for file transfer to replace 3rd party sharing sites like drop box we transfer.•Creating a replacement for Getty images that links into our PIM/DAM system to allow us to share these documents with our customers (retailers) so they can use them for their own SOP systems and web sites. •Designing a hyperconverged infrastructure core that will support the Business and staff across seven sites and countries centralizing in a DC in the UK. • Managing the cybersecurity for the EMEA sites, network firewalls, email security, cloud archive, anti-virus, off site backup in immutable disk •Setup of new offices in Netherland, Norway, Italy, Germany, and Spain and implementing the new local network into the existing European MPLS networks. •Designing and implementing DR and BC systems for the EMEA IT systems with laptop backups server backups all on to cloud storage with immutable storage.•Managing an IT team across countries (UK NL & IT) to support a diverse workforce in multiple local languages. •Setup an O365 tenancy for Mizuno EMEA then working with Mizuno Japan IT started to work on a group tenancy linking up local AD from around the world. •Setting up and implementing policies for 2Fa in O365 for all users•Setting up unified comms to replace old telephony system to allow the business to support customers via phone web and chat using 8x8 linking that into MS Teams to give users one interface.•Working with suppliers to provide local hardware and linking in to the O365 tenancy to deploy applications via Intune. Working with management teams across the sites to improve Business with IT and systems.
