Managing a team running Managed Hosting and Network Decommissions within our managed Data Centres and Implementation Assurance, acting as the Interface between Sales/Sales Engineering teams and the Hosting Service Delivery team, ensuring full technical designs supplied for quality customer builds

Reporting to the Director of the Global Solution Implementation EMEA, I Managed the Hosting Service Delivery team responsible for the on boarding of all Hosting/Colocation installs within the EMEA region. Targeted with accurate monthly and quarter revenue forecast. I ensure the revenue is forecast and delivered with quality and efficiency to enable the best possible on-boarding experience for current and new clients.Experience working with Financial/Banking, Media, Travel, Government, Legal, Telecommunication and Retail verticals, being able to adjust my approach depending on the Clients business needs and often engaged during complex client on-boarding process and to set the correct expectations based on the services being delivered

• Originally acting as the sole Service Delivery Manager for EMEA when Savvis entered the Hosting Services business. Concentrating on migration of all clients from Intel to Savvis. • Responsible for on boarding of all Hosting and Colocation installations. Working closely with Client, Build teams, Service Management and Operations from the build out of customer environment through to Operational handover. Providing regular clients updates including planning, issue/risk and lessons learnt Logs • Project Managed the install of a two major Colocation build out for a major Legal companies managing the client and all internal teams within Savvis to meet extremely tight deadlines. • Responsible for training of staff on Savvis CMDB systems and point of contact for any CMD issues.• Responsible for the On boarding and training of all new Service Delivery Managers for EMEA

• Part of a 4 man Network Infrastructure team• Prime responsibility was the project management rollout of customer infrastructure network including install of on-site customer installation for the delivery if financial information services• Technical build out including configurations of all client infrastructure • Project Managed the Migration of Data Centre Switches from Cisco to Extreme• Project Managed reverse migration 2 years later back to Cisco

• Supervisor for a team of 5 looking after the Bridge Network and Client Financial Services. • Duties included, delegating and managing team workload, managing their holiday and sickness, created their annual reviews and career progression.• Responsible for the build out of several Colocation services in Third Party Colocation facilities in Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Milan, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Brussels, Madrid and Dublin• Responsible for overseeing and installing U.K. and European Financial Exchange feeds • Escalation point for any client outages and resolution

• Employed as Sole Technician working with Network manager for the brand new build out of a Communications Room for Bridge Information Systems in both Watford and then Docklands. • Build out of the full network infrastructure from scratch with a 3 month deadline, including racks, power, Cabling, UPS and air conditioning installation.• Dealing with on site Management parties to obtain approvals for UPS cabling into building including all Health and Safety regulations.• Attending UK and European financial institutions to install equipment for the collection of exchange feeds back to our UK Data Centre• Responsible for the Configuration, monitoring and support of the EMEA to U.S. and EMEA to Singapore WAN• Responsible for Maintaining and monitoring of U.K. and Foreign Financial Exchange feeds
