Responsible for the day to day production staff of 18 Ensuring production was completed as per our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards, this consisted of printing and inserting of all Canadian market Corporate and consumer statements, letters, cheques, pinmailers, internal and external reports with an annual processed volume of 25 million piecesResponsible for vendor management, ordering of stock to ensure supplies was adequate to maintain productionResponsible for tracking and submitting payroll, preparing weekly, monthly reports for senior managementResponsible to mange staff performance and conduct, monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews. Responsible for balancing and tracking of all monthly invoicesAssisted Manger with the creation of budgets and forecasting for a $20 million annual budgetTrained associates in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Ensured smooth operation of all equipment and machinery and arranged for maintenance and repair work
