I’m a degreed IT professional that understands not only the technology but the importance of people skills. I have proven my IT skills achieving a GPA of 4.10 while earning my Associates of applied science in computer networking. At my current IT position, I assist public and private sector clients configuring modems (cellular and standard) from varying manufacturers, routers, and firewalls. This includes, but is not limited to, network troubleshooting, managing both WAN and LAN IPs. configuring modems, IoT device, M2M devices, port forwarding, DMZs, and VPNs. I also have a proven track record of customer and business management skills. Spending a decade managing businesses and employees has given me a strong skill set not often found in IT professionals.
