As a lifelong advocate for all areas of health , fitness and mental well being, I have been fortunate to have 6 years experience working as a qualified professional within the fitness industry.Providing a great client experience, building trust and commitment with clients is an aspect of the role I particularly enjoy. My roles have allowed me to build inclusive relationships across diverse and multi cultural client bases.I am fully competent in my position which in addition to client needs analysis, prescribing exercise programmes, nutritional advice and more in aspects of Health and Fitness achieving desired goals and objectives.I enjoy working as an individual ,part of a team, coaching , mentoring of new and existing clients or colleagues.
